Account Executive

We are looking for a driven and dedicated team member. A successful BSS Account Executive will be confident in building and maintaining strong customer relations. You will be a key member of a growing team with a passion to achieve sales.

Job Description
• Develop opportunities with commercial end-users for HPE New and Renew, as well as Dell/EMC New and Recertified enterprise portfolio
• Achieve or exceed all margin and revenue quotas
• Close HPE, Dell, Microsoft, and Cisco opportunities

Primary Responsibilities

• Qualification of all leads and email campaigns received via phone, web, corporate events, and vendor fairs
• Sell support services and install services
• Call on new and existing prospects to follow up on potential leads
• Spend a significant time each day on the phone
• Experiences cold and warm calling; prospecting and phone skills
• Outbounds prospect qualification and account research
• Grows Revenue and Margin at BSS
• Inbounds prospect qualification and follow-up
• Works closely with the sales team to qualify new leads and close sales
• Supports all sales of equipment to customers and prospects
• Maintenance of customer database ensuring accuracy and integrity
• Pipeline and inventory list management
• Supportive team leader striving to achieve both team and personal sales goals
• Attains customer satisfaction and maintains positive customer relations
• Provides reports to management on a timely basis
• Manages time efficiently, effectively, and profitably

Skills and Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree AND computer hardware experience; or 5+ years of computer hardware sales experience
• B2B sales experience
• Excellent telephone skills; effective listening and articulate communication
• Microsoft Office competency. SAP B1 a plus
• Understand technology and business best practices
• Flexible and adaptive to new challenges and various tasks
